Data we process

• Account identifiers, email, Telegram identifiers and session metadata needed to authenticate users and admins.
• Household planning data such as meal plans, votes, grocery lists, pantry signals, recipe saves and allergy preferences.
• Support and legal workflow records including waitlist submissions, contact requests and data subject requests.

Why we process it

• To operate the meal-planning product across desktop, Telegram Mini App and Telegram bot.
• To enforce allergy exclusions, generate grocery lists and synchronize the weekly plan across household members.
• To answer support, comply with legal requests, prevent abuse and monitor the reliability of public entry points.

Retention and sharing

We retain account and household data while the service is active and for the minimum period needed to satisfy fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations after account closure.

Processors may include hosting, email delivery and analytics infrastructure that operates under contract. We do not sell household data or use meal content for unrelated advertising.

Your choices

• You can request access, export, correction or deletion by writing to privacy@coormeal.com.
• Marketing analytics remain disabled until explicit consent is stored.
• If Telegram is your main surface, you can still request full deletion outside Telegram by following the data deletion page.
